Joe has been a senior care Executive Director for over a decade after serving 22 years as a school principal. He has jokingly stated that the two positions are very similar. The only difference is that his “students” now are a bit older. Joe greatly enjoys his position as General Manager as it gives him the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of his residents, their families and the staff at The Pinnacle.
His hobbies include woodworking, gardening and camping.
Resident Care Director
Stephanie has been in Senior Living for sixteen years. She graduated from West Chester University with a Sociology degree which led her to a career in Gerontology and eventually nursing
Stephanie is a lover of animals and an avid Eagles fan. She enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling and good coffee.
Guest Services Director
Tanea is the Guest Services Director at The Pinnacle. She has worked in senior living for over a decade. She has one son who is currently enrolled in a master’s program at the University of Pittsburgh. She enjoys working with seniors, spending time with family and friends, being active, and an avid Harry Potter fan. Tanea has worn many hats while working in senior living. From resident care, dining, housekeeping and administration. Tanea is very excited to join The Pinnacle team!
Community Relations Director
Linsey has been in the senior living industry for 23 years and loves helping seniors and their families. She has worked in senior living sales for the past three years and loves getting to meet new people and form new relationships.
Linsey is an animal lover who enjoys yoga, camping, reading and listening to music in her free time.
Community Relations Director
Erin has been in Senior Living for the last five years, starting out as a Business Office Manager, she moved into Sales and Marketing three years ago. She has been in the healthcare field since 2010. She has a true passion for seniors and bringing them to their forever home.
Her hobbies include, yard work, planting and traveling.
Peter is the Executive Chef at The Pinnacle. Peter has been a Chef for over 20 years, the last three of which have been in senior living. He attended Syracuse University and attained a Bachelor of Arts in Music. Having had a few credits to finish in his “super senior year” Peter joined the team at a local Syracuse restaurant and discovered a passion for cooking.
In addition to cooking Peter enjoys playing music (drums and guitar), plays in a rock and roll band, and is studying foreign Language (Italian and Spanish).
Business Office Director
Anne is the Business Office Director at The Pinnacle and has been working in senior living for almost 8 years. She studied journalism from Penn State University and is currently enrolled in a nursing program.
She is a proud “dog aunt” and enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, eating, and drinking coffee.
Director of Maintenance
Garry has been servicing the geriatric population for almost 5 years after beginning his career in information technology. He was unexpectedly offered a position in maintenance and learned that he had 2 additional passions: fixing things and helping people. Garry is ecstatic to be the director of Maintenance at The Pinnacle where he can impact the lives of others every day.
His hobbies include all things electronic, traveling and movie watching.
Active Living Program Director
Christine has a background is in Fine Arts, with a Bachelor’s Degree is in Illustration and a Certificate in Art Therapy from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She was blessed with a wonderful, loving husband for many years, and after his loss, she decided to make some changes, and step into her calling.
She feels honored to make a difference for people that call The Pinnacle home. Her job is learning and understanding, walking besides, encouraging, listening and building moments of joy, education and connection.
